Yep, looks like the tuner site is your best option if you need them right away. I reached out to VW Heritage to make sure I got the correct 4x100 15s when I placed my order. You should do the same to find out when they'll be back in stock of you're not in a hurry.

 

I'm running Yokohama S-drives 195/50/15. Love them. Note to get them mounted and balanced at a good shop, apparently they can be a challenge for the discount tires places to get balanced correctly. I just recently had my wheels load balanced at a higher end shop to get rid of an annoying wobble, and it made a world of difference. The guy that did the work mentioned that the S-drives can be tough to work with.
