This is a 1970 grey 2002

It was  our family car.  I bought in 1982 from the orinal owner I drove it every day 16 years I always was going to restore it

I got as far as Dan Patzer of Bimmers Only  hand building a new motor with me in 1997. I broke it in with straight 30 weight then switched to Mobil 1. Driven for 4  months and then garaged  Mileage on the motor: <5000

Balanced,

Larger exhaust valves,

Dual valve springs,  

TISA cam regrind,

Single weber 45 Carb.
