Hi,

Pictures of two wheels.  First one with four pictures has horn push on each of the three spokes each of which has some cracking.  The spots I think are primer from previous owner.  Second wheel has horn push in middle, the spokes are all strong and strongly attached.  The rim is covered with some kind of softer material that is peeling or chipping.
