Year:: 1970

Make:: BMW

Model:: 2800

Price:: 1195.00

Location: : Rensselaer, NY

I saw this ad and thought I would pass it along.  A 1970 BMW 2800 in Polaris over Navy.  If the rust isn't horrible, could be a fun project for someone.  Dual Weber Carb conversion, needs a manual transmission swap.

NM/NA,

Thats funny,I see all these same ads on an all of craigs search like "makemodelsearch" it must be very difficult to appraise all of these cars personally within hours of the craigslist posting to fly to the location and inspect them like you do. Thank you for your hard diligent work

Yes, I see all the same ads, but unlike you, I take the time to go through them, filter out the over-valued ones, and pass them on to FAQ members that may be looking for a project or a reasonably priced car.  Why would you call me out for trying to share the joy of BMW 2002 ownership with the members of this forum?  Do you not like the commentary, the volume of ads, my selection criteria, or feel that the "For Sale" forum should be the "For Sale by Owner" forum?  If you have an issue, I'm more than willing to listen, but hiding behind that feeble attempt at sarcasm is pathetic.
