Electric Fan wiring on 6 fuse car

Hey all,

I did a lot of searching before starting this thread, but can't find an answer to my question. I'm trying to wire my electric fan using Zenons wiring diagram. I have a 6 fuse 12V 1602. Apparently I don't have a horn relay since 1600's only came with one horn. My question is can I run a wire from fuse #6 to the 86 pin on the relay? Thanks for any help.

Regards,

Jason

Thanks. Just checked for the relay in the nose panel. Found nada.

I'm going to run my 12v source from the #6 fuse (horn) and run a relay between the 86 pin and 85 pin. Please correct me if this is a bad idea. Electrical is my nightmare.

Run the switched 12v from the fuse (the #6 fuse will be fine if it is switched by the ignition) to the 86 terminal on your relay and then wire from the 85 to your temperature switch which in turn goes to ground. Run the unswitched battery supply, via a suitable size fuse to terminal 30 on the relay and then wire from terminal 87 to your fan and from your fan to ground.
