I only let my wife lean against my car if she's wearing silk or satin.  However, your 2002 seems to be enjoying itself (see antenna).

When purchased (no-space CCA sticker and Maximillian on the left side)

 

Sort of a sticker (could be considered my "stickler").  Susan is a good 2002 spotter.  PVGP 2009, same Maximillian, BMW CCA, NCC,  BMW Archives stickers.

Wahnsinn got her name on the window.  The previous owner kept the vanity plates, so I had the stickers made in his honor.  And I don't let my wife lean on the car; but she is welcome to sit in it.

These 2 stickers, The Motorsports & CCA, were put on by me when I bought the 1600 in 1985! A little faded today but I still like them.

The original owner installed a alarm system, used windshield washer fluid tubing as electrical tape for it. It was disabled however. As far as I know 1994 was the last time the car was propelled by its own power before the engine blew.
