Most metric bolts with 10mm heads & 10mm nuts are 6x1 thread size (6mm diameter, 1mm pitch).  That's the metric equivalent of a 1/4" x 20 SAE bolt--very common.  Easily found at your local hardware store.

Hahaha..... Carl I am in Brisbane, Australia and not in Brisbane, California!!! It would be a long way to come just to see the M6 bolts. To make it worth you while I will get them yellow plated!!! Just for you....
