Item is a heavily modified BMW 2002 shell vintage '69. Car was prepared for racing and a modified turbo M10 motor, also the dash and pedals were modified for installation of an early 320i dash and FI system. The fibreglass fenders and quarters are of high quality and likely original Alpina as they have been on the car for at least the 15 years I have known of this beast. Car is very rust free and dry. Unusual chop top lends the car a 'hot rod' feel and was planning to install an aluminum small block Buick V8. Front glass fits very well but the rear glass will likely need to be fabricated from plexiglass, and the side glass as well. Interesting--but large and multifaceted--project.
