1975 Baur Targa

Not mine, no affiliation, but kind of surprised to see this one still for sale.  I inquired yesterday (May 18).

I remember seeing this car in a shop in Toronto about 5 years ago. And remember this is Canadian $.

Here is the pic I took in 2007!    Must be the same car, as the possibility of 2 silver Targas in Toronto is beyond the realm of possibility.

This one was on ebay late 2014 and supposedly sold, however, same pics on Auto Trader as the 2014 auction, so probably the same seller/owner. It used to be Pastel Blue before a '90s resto.

You never cease to amaze me Les! Great database you have. I would prefer the original Pastel Blue.  Thx. Someone PM'd me who may be interested. I know people who live near this car if someone needs a knowledgable inspection.

 have owned the car for roughly seventeen years, had restoration work done to the car in the Czech Republic in 1998-99.

Restoration work was done to make that car a nice driver, and not for show purposes.

Don't know anything about the prior history, ultimately, it is a moot point given the extent of the work done.

The one you pictured in 2007 may be a different one. It has the black knee trim, whereas the one for sale now had that removed in the 90s resto.
