What ruins it for me is - beside the astronomical price - is the moonroof. And with all the money spent they could have put in a 5speed instead of rebuilding the 4speed.

That Van Morrison/Huey Lewis band premium is pretty darned steep!  Granted only 3 photos were shown between both listings, but it looks curiously close to a $10K-$15K car, assuming no real rust.
