1974 BMW 2002 - best offer - Denver, CO

I have a 1974 2002 that I've owned for several years, but it's a project I've grown tired of, and I've got my eye on another car, so I'd like to see this one go to a good home. 

 

1974 BMW 2002, Granatrot paint (faded), currently not running but did run fine previously - I started a 5-speed swap among other things, and never completed it so it's in a semi-assembled state. No carpet (was junk). No front seats but have some Recaros to include that need rebuild. No original backseat (was junk), but have E30 seat to modify & install. Have original 4-speed trans (removed, OK condition but had crunchy 2nd gear synchro), spare 4-speed trans (unknown condition), and good 245-5 5 speed trans with driveshaft (not shortened yet). Some rust in both rockers, a couple small spots in bottoms of fenders/quarters, and spare tire well bottom is rusted through; no rust in shock towers front/rear, floors, or frame rails. Have 5 E21 turbine wheels on it, with two sets of 2002 steelies with tires (one set all-seasons, one snows). Many other spare parts along with what's listed above. It's a great starting point for a restomod or daily driver, just needs work to get back on the road.

If you come to the point of parting it out, I'm down in Colorado Springs and am in need of an engine that doesn't knock...even if it does need work to run.
