those are a   minilite style wheel.......

 

but they may not be minilites.....many folks make that style.........rota, superlite, compomotive etc etc ...and of course, ML

 

 

bumper?..looks like std issue pre 74 ish....ie 73, 72 etc

That rear bumper is found on Roundies from about mid '71 to late '73.  Called the long style, compared to the shorter sides found on the earlier Roundies and Euro cars. 

 

I agree with Koupe, those look like 13" MiniLites to me.

Yep, April 1971-ish through July-ish 1973 on U.S. models.  Only the mounting brackets distinguish the U.S. 1973 rear bumpers from the "late 1971" and the 1972 rear bumpers.  The German nomenclature would label ALL of these cars as "Modell 71".
