With the rebuild of my 34/36 having gone not so well and a second rebuld likely necessary, this seems like a logical time to throw more money at the car, so why not upgrade!?  Does anyone have a set of 40s (I'd say 45s but I frankly don't know what cam I have so I may not be able to support 45s) with the manifolds, linkages, etc -- essentially ready to go?
