images, pictures in threads problem

what's up with the recent rash of images showing up in threads as just a line of code....do we have to use an i-phone or other non-pc gadget now to see it all

I was getting this for the past month or so, however, it seems better now with just an occasional one or two.

i believe it's caused by adding pictures using tapatalk...the image links, attachments or however the pic are added aren't compatible with desktop browsers

I see the picture on my PC. I have also seen some postings with only the file link.

 

Most of the pictures are missing in this older seats article, but that's probably due to a different problem.
