WTB 2002 for Daily Driving

Howdy:

I'm on the hunt for a 2002 that will be used as my daily driver. I understand the wisdom in having a newer more reliable car as a daily, but we have other cars in the house and I'd like something with some soul. My commute is only 15 miles and its on a 48/96 schedule, not very punishing.

Needs:

• Little to No rust
• Good mechanical condition - I can update as needed but would prefer close to turnkey. Prefer to stay away from unfinished swaps.
• Decent exterior and interior - Cars needing repaint in the future are fine, but I need a complete interior. Rust repair isn't in my bag of tricks.
• Operational heater, windows that seal

Wants:

• Air Conditioning
• 5 Speed
• Receipts

Like most, I prefer roundies, but used to own and love a '74. Located in Northern California but willing to ship, budget $15k or under.
