I've all three pieces from a roughly 1970 rear bumper. You could buy the center alone if the offer from Phil above does not pan out.

The first pic shows the correct mounting bracket for this bumper (I do not have any).

The 2nd pic shows the center section after a little 000 steel wool work on the right side of the pic.

The other pics show the end sections. You can see some twisting on the right-hand  piece and rather less on the left hand piece. (The metal is not torn). I do have used Z brackets for mounting. (I see that in the finished product first pic vs second pic means nothing at all)
