Just as a point of reference, the chrome recliners (first photo below) used prior to 1973 on U.S. tii's and prior to 1971-72-ish on U.S. non-tii's did not have chrome covers.  Rather, the recliners themselves were chromed metal.  If you have recliners that require covers, they are 1974 and later. And if you're looking for chrome covers for the square taillight recliners (second photo), you'll be looking for a long time, as they don't exist...?
