Looking to buy this trim that go under the doors

that goes between front and rear wheel well.

I'm looking for both side in good condition.

Do I need  to buy any rubber seal and mounting clips ?

is it the 14.95euro fastenings set? And which rubber seals? Invidual one complete set one for 39 euro?
