Heat / Defrost Lever Mechanism Looks Like I Need a Later Model Year Version

Apparently I have one that is from an earlier version (much wider) of a lever from another make or model.

 

So.....

 

I am search for a later year version ('74-'76) that goes on the left side of the steering wheel.  The mounting points should be about 100mm apart.

 

Any assistance would be welcome.

Does your existing lever have a light bulb? Please add a picture.

The lever mechanism does not have a place for lighting attachments and the mounting holes are too wide. They should be about 100mm and I measured 110 (earlier model or another vehicle all together).

 

All that I know is that it won't fit the opening for the '74 to '76 dash.
