Looked at this car, and the body is in very good shape.  It was originally in California and there is some good documentation.  There were a few mechanical issues (starter engagement, misfire, low power and very difficult gear changes) which I would not expect for a premium price like this.  Dealer was sketchy as well.  I passed on it and will keep looking for that elusive clean right coast '02.
