I do have some longer bellows if that will help solve the short manifold issue.  I don't know what they came off but I don't think they are ti related since I believe the 4-door ti's used the same length bellows as the 02's.

I should have the box here in a week or so, it was shipping today from the Netherlands. I will mock it up and see what kind of distance I will need to span.. Those longer boots just might cut it!

I have the box in hand and assembled.. just need to cut a bracket for the strut to, and the carb side solution.  

I am not sure if this will work due to the angle needed, but here is what I have cobbled together while windows shopping.. I just need to get the ID of the boots when I get home..

 

I have the short IE intake, so I will need to make up for some length..

How did you end up attaching the filter end plates to the air box?

threaded rod.  Acorn on the front, wing nut on the back. 

 

The boots have an ID of 2.5", or just over 63mm..
