What did you do to your 2002 today !

Slowly but surely getting things out back on after paint. I’m a teacher so just do a little each night after the little one goes down. Started in the back. All LED bulbs now!

 

Need center caps for these wheels!

 

Redyed the back panels. Pretty clean if not a little too dark.

Since it's snowy and there's no chance of driving the 02 for now, I finally pulled my trunk lock and took it to the locksmith to get new keys. (We've never had trunk keys for the key.) I figured I would be leaving the lock for a week or whatever.

Well, it took the locksmith about five minutes total to read the lock code, find the correct Ilco blanks, and cut me three copies.

It took me longer to remove the lock from the car! lol

Visited my baur at the paint shop, they started painting the doors/trunk/hood... main body next week and start assembly the following week...

Installed a new* stainless 4 -> 2 -> 1 exhaust header (*designed/developed and built by a local guru to my spec). -KB

Very nice welding     interesting on where they put the expansion section for exhaust gas reversion  flow, I would have thought that they should be closer to the head

Heater core back in, porsche fan works like a champ(that has not worked since I got it), not sure if it will leak or not...but it’s in!

 

and got the front end all out back together minus euro turns...tired.
