I used to look forward to getting the grinder going on the car after a rough week at work. The grinder ripping through metal was quite relaxing ? However, I find that now that the paint is done and the car is on the road, driving it is the best therapy. BTW - I also chose to change to Inka, but from a Fjord starting point. I love Inka and if you go that route you will be rewarded. Drove the car a couple hundred miles this weekend from home to Laguna Seca for Cars n' Kaffe. Nice long backroads drive home.

Yes sir! I last had Minilites on a 1969 Datsun 510, back in the day. I love the way they look and ride. Couldn’t pass them up when I was offered them by another ‘02 owner, who decided to stay with his Rotas

It’s a heap with a looooong way to go. But I share the space with some eclectic and cool cars.

Greetings!

 

Did some suspension rehab: new ball joints, control arms, tie rods, ST sway bars, and a set of @catuned coilovers. Still adjusting g ride height/dampening, but so far car feels tight and planted. 

Braided brake lines to install next. 

Also installed a Nardi wheel from @Hans W. . Arrived quick and packed very well.

I treated my '74 tii to her first bright instrument lights in 48 years:  Super Bright 194 LEDs (natural).  The bulbs are dimmable from off to bright.  The four colored indicator lights remained as standard incandescent bulbs.

NOTE:  The camera picks up a relatively bright diffuse lighting around the periphery of each round gauge.  This artifact is not seen visually in person; the lighting is nice and even across each face.

Yes the Minilite is to me at least a very subtle style, they just look right on an 02.

what size are they 13” or 14”?
