While she waits for her turn for service, Greg at Bimmers R Us put Frau Blucher in the show room where she is safe and warm with another familiar 02.  She is getting a lot of attention from customers.

You can see a couple of winter projects:  regluing the back of the headliner and better door alignment.  Look forward to driving her this fall.

First day back in the shop after 32 days away, while we were away the Elves came and finished the AC tie in / re charge on the Turkish princess…so I took it out for a drive.

I loaded it with too-much-stuff.  I'm heading out on a 3000 mile round trip to Sioux Falls, S.D. and back for my mother's 80th birthday (on Tuesday).  Wish me luck!

A smart phone would be nice about now.  I'll miss this forum.  It feels like a security blanket.

Over and out,
Tom

Thanks Dennis!  It's Atlantik, based on a paint formulation.  We did not have an any examples of Atlantik to scan. If it is off, it is not by much.  The paint is R-M 2 stage put on by a local shop.
