Computed the round trip mileage Denver to Durango and back, 800 mi at 30.1 mpg.  S14, 5spd, Haltech Elite.

Data incomplete. What was top speed reached? How many red line forays?

:D

Somehow passed Massachusetts inspection.  With a zip-tied front plate for now.  We’re finally legal!

Funnily enough, I zip-tied the front plate onto my 1600 years ago in VA, and during inspection the tech cut off the ties and told me the state requirement was for permanent fasteners. (He did pass the car).

Cheers,

Ray

Anyone get snazzy digital art done of their car before? This only cost me $30!

What! That's awesome. Have a link to the artist? Mine would be easy. Switch the body color layer to Turkis (maybe add some rust) and swap the wheels for e21 turbines.

A radiator shop is a good place to take a leak.

I have no idea what I'm doing but I know I'm really good at it.

Still working on the early headrests. Instead of re-chrome on the metal that goes underneath I got some stainless from McMaster Carr.  47 bucks.

Looks a lot better than the rusty chrome.  And to re-chrome - well let’s just say that my chrome budget is blown!!!

Measure, Cut,bevel edges, drill and countersink and polish. Ready to assemble and barely in sight.  “The Devel is in the details “.

Now I only have to glue and screw them back together.  Gonna be nice.  Love the look of the original headrests!
