Clutch Master cylinder 'Clutch pedal ring bolt'??

I do not know what the part is called, but it is sometimes included when buying a clutch master cylinder, and sometimes not....but I cannot easily find the part name or part number. Does anyone have one to sell, or know the name, or know the part number? 

I know that clutch master cylinders are not very expensive, but, I dont want to buy one just to get this part.

Every time I replace a master cylinder, I keep the threaded rod from the old one, and pass them along to others. I'm down to only one spare, which I keep for  my own emergency use. Hopefully others will keep floating the karma, though.
