This thread helped out with my install. I had not really considered grinding the joints where the bumper comes together. Doing some grinding and some hole elongating made the bumper come together pretty well. 

 

With the right tools it worked out well.

The early S/S bumpers I have on the 69 came from Ben at LaJolla Independent. Box certainly came from the Far East.   Front bumper fits perfect. Rear bumper needed lots of work

Thanks. Fronts actually turn out quite well but i spent well over 5 hours tweaking and adjusting. The rears are not perfect, i still need to try and get the sides alittle more flush and level but i only spent about 2 hours on the rears...
