walloth nesch sells the center section and one side. It's a euro model with the license plate lights on the bumper

Have you checked around Boston for a chrome plating shop that can straighten and re-chrome yours?  Back when most cars had chrome bumpers there were "bumper exchanges" who did nothing but recondition (straighten and plate) bumpers for body shops and dealerships.  Suspect they're few and far between these days...other than rear bumpers for trucks.
