Two words to go with your gold:  torque and Locktite.

 

Otherwise, no matter how pretty they are, they're gonna fall out and/or snap.

Use blue there you'll probably have to disassemble it at sometime and the socket heads are easy to round off when you break them loose with just the blue red would be overkill there.

Your right that's the clip that holds the Johnson rod into the Knutter Valve:D

Suggest you do a ‘stress test’ on those bolts before installing them (such as, torque them to and beyond spec). I’ve seen instances where 10.9+ hardware is more prone to hydrogen embrittlement ... that makes them weak, and they break. -KB
