Apologies for the poor mans photoshop!

They've been sitting getting dirty in the shed and need a good polish, but I think these might just work with Chamonix?

Need to get some tyres now, any recommendations 185x70?

what do you reckon Steve?

Not nearly as boring as I imagined!  ?

Go for it, with 185/70 Pirelli Cinturatos!

(Here in the States, we’d call that a “redneck Photoshop”.  Yup!)

Best regards,

Steve

Steve, Yeah it even surprised me!

i think when they are painted or not polished they just don't have enough contrast.

The pirelli's will look the part with these!

cheers.

I know it's a bit bonkers Joe, you don't see any come up for sale here now, I thinks it's a 70's or 80's thing it's all retro now..... even my daughters friends think the 02 is cool, so I'm no longer completely embarrassing, I guess even I'm old enough to be retro now!! ????

Please forgive the thread bump but I recently bought a set of 13x6 with great Yokohama AV fitted for £140!   I plan on fitting them to my Polaris 1602 but would like to have them refurbished first.

Right now I'm thinking of painting them a satin gold colour.  I just can't decide whether to paint the whole wheel or diamond cut and polish the outer lip?

Is anyone else running them finished in this way? Or on a Polaris car?

I ran sportsters on my baikal 02 for years. I LOVE these wheels.

Personally, anything other than silver (polished, or not) doesn't fit. I'd run them as they are on a polaris car.

If you want the gold look then just the diamond cut. Keep to a minimum. But really unless you are going gold theme throughout then just paint the diamond cut back to flat black and you will be very happy I know it!
