Maybe a year ago, there was a vendor — out of Central or South America, if I recall — re-producing the blue covers, and offering them on eBay.  Check the website of the BMW 2002 Club of Columbia, just in case they were offering the repro’s, they sell underhood stickers and this might be similar.
