According to the link above, the car was built by Clive Massel and team at the Mosport race-car workshop at Kyalami Racing Circuit, Gauteng province, South Africa. From a May 2016 article (link below), the builder Clive Massel has moved to Australia and runs a business called Makulu Services:

My web research indicates the car was co-driven by Mosport owner Mike O’ Sullivan and Paddy O’ Sullivan. It appears Mr. O'Sullivan is still active in motorsport, he is briefly mentioned as driving a 1969 BMW 2002 in a 2017 article on Red Star Raceway, near Delmas, South Africa. Not sure if that is the same car as you are interested in, though:
