Rocker panels and rear sills (both side)

Hi everyone!

 

i am looking for both sides of rocker panels and rear sills for my 71. i have some rust that i am planning to fix. i am thinking just to patch it up but i think it is proper to just replace the whole rockers and sill. i am looking for either used or new parts. thank you in advance.

Whole rocker panels are pretty reasonably priced (around $100 per side) from BMW dealerships / 2002 specialists. Get the structural part, not the thinner "rust repair panel" - which is pretty much useless. Used rocker panels would be a massive waste of effort for you and the seller chopping them off the car,  IMHO. 

 

BMW part numbers for the structural replacement rocker panels:

 

left 41 35 6 440 140

 

right 41 35 6 440 141
