There's a 2002 for sale on the SF Bay Area Craigslist.  He also has a 228 flywheel for sale separately.

You can transfer the good ring gear from a rusty flywheel, and install it on your non-rusty flywheel. You need a torch and about 15 minutes of patience. I have at least one rusty, useless 228mm flywheel with good ring gear, but I doubt the shipping would make sense, if you can find one locally. I'd take $10 plus shipping for the thing. 

 

The BMW factory shop manual shows how to remove and install ring gears. It's actually kind of fun!
