2764023 is close  to my car. Wonder if was on the line the same day or a day earlier than May 30th?

I spoke to the owner when this was last for sale. The passenger frame rail has rusted through and the shock towers are shown in the picture. He said the rest is pretty solid. Carb motor, only has headers on the car now, only the drivers seat is installed. Seems like an honest guy. More info here

My records show VIN 2764049 being manufactured on Monday, May 28, 1973, VIN 2764073 being manufactured Wednesday, May 30, 1973, VIN 2764081 being manufactured on May 30, 1973, and VIN 2764084 being manufactured on Friday, June 1, 1973.

 

I’m thinking ...081 is yours. And I'd guess that ...023 might have been built on Monday, May 28, 1973.
