I bought my 1971 Chamonix for less than that and it was in similar condition. Leave it as is and see what kind of offers are made.

Ask $13K, be willing to take something off that price to close the deal.  For me, its going to need some paint work and I'm going to spend some cash replacing the waist trim, so I would want something off the asking price.  For more offers, add some more pictures of the car, engine compartment, under the trunk boards, under carriage, etc.

To me, it has some aspects that aren't attractive.  The inner wheel wells in the trunk - what color are they?  Is the car a different color than original?  

 

As always, the body condition is huge.  If it is clean underneath, get some pics to show that, and proudly ask $13k.
