I would pull the engine, clean and paint the engine bay, spend a few bucks at the plater to get all the hardware bits shiny, mount a correct rad, top it off with fresh stickers and Bob's your uncle.

 

This is a "two digit" tii built in '71 and it's Silver.

At $26K, yes! Unless the photos we never saw of the underside reveal material past or present rust...  ?
