I'm new to the forums and these cars, but I'm hoping to one day do a 5 speed swap. Anyways, any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I also saw this car on Craigslist.  Great candidate for a 5 speed swap and reasonably priced.  The passenger front damage looks minimal, but I would be concerned about the rear quarter panel kink above the passenger side tire.  I'm not sure that can be fixed easily.  Obviously needs a respray and some interior bits (headliner), but I like it for the price.
