I did an extensive search last year for these calipers and was not able to locate any.  I ended up rebuilding mine, but I went through several seals before I found the correct diameter..  If yours are rebuild-able, I'd be happy to share where I found and purchased parts.

Solid rotor e21 calipers allow you to use the larger brake pad, you just need to adapt the flex hose by adding a fixed pipe.

Mid 70's Alfa's used ATE 2 piston calipers.  What are the mounting ear spacing in mm on yours, been a long time since I saw a set of these and can't remember that distance?  I have set on Alfa calipers that I can measure and they are probably easy and cheap to pick up  Rotors are about the same size.  can measure those too if needed.
