Gorgeous, except those high-back seats look terrible, because they are so visible and inappropriate on a car that didn’t even have headrests originally.  If you can’t live with the stock seats, there are far better options: Recaro S seats, which were actually around in 1968-69, and Recaro S seat knock-offs, which look like they could have been around in 1968-69.

 

More power to the seller if he achieves $45,000!
