It would never hurt to have an extra set of injectors either.

The PO of my car had a folder full of these old newsletters, some interesting stuff in there and good tech info from back in the day.

Yes, Mike! And below he’s selling new sets of tii fuel injectors for $135 and a new tii cold start relay for $55.  I’ll take two!

Yes Jim, I’m planning on scanning the ones I have ‘85 - ‘89 which span some of the Bob Murphy / Jeff Mulchahey era of the Tii Registry.

The PO wrote a bunch of notes on them - interesting snapshot in time before the internet was an easy source of info. 

I’ll let you know and post when I have it done - probably not real soon ?

If Jeff Mulchahey's Ceylon tii is in similar condition today as it was then, it would be $100K plus.  Probably the finest original tii I had ever seen.  Wonder where it is.

That's the year I started "02 Cents Worth"--my original Roundel column.  Rob had been writing for a number of years previously...

It’s curious how most of the ‘02’s for sale in the 1980’s had over 100,000 miles and now — 30 years later — most ‘02’s have under 100,000 miles....  ?
