They won't post to the US- If you don't want it, would you buy it for me and send it this way?  Obviously I'll send you the money...

(I've been thinking about putting together a full tii tool kit for sale...)

Dave.

'76, totally stock. Completely.

The pulling legs *may* have been replaced.

Maybe the bolt in the middle is ‘factory’

+1

I agree, Simeon: the “bar and the bolt” look original; the pulling hooks look a bit...sketchy... ?

So it’s original, but no longer “numbers-matching”... ?

Best regards,

Steve

Ahh, Only Fools & Horses.

I don't know why they never had the show here in the US. I'm sure the Americans would have understood most of it.

I find that the pulley can be soooo tight that even a large gear puller can be maxed before the pulley pops.

fwiw, I find that removing stuck stuff with a puller can be much more effective if you tap=Tap=TAP on the part with a small hammer, once pressure's applied by the puller.  A punch can help place the 'shock' in towards the center, where it's needed and keep from denting things up.

I am not implying that you don't know that trick, Paul... just putting it out there for future readers.

My old buddy Willie taught me that trick.
