None of these are mine and I don't have any association with them, but thought I'd share a trio of completed body and paint shells for sale on the left coast:

All new BMW-stamped panels were professionally installed by BMW / Porsche certified body resources and restoration experts - including the inner pans under the rear quarter panels, the inner door pans, front fenders, front nose clip, some floor pans, rocker panels etc.

Well, maybe not restoration experts on '02s. I assume this is not the Sienabraun car they have pictured.

While I know how much money goes into making a body shell look like these, all three of these cars seem to have prices based on an intent to recoup costs, and not to actually sell.... ?

In my experience, painted shells, even when accompanied by boxes of parts, sell for a fraction of their investment!

Regards,

Steve
