  1. 1. What type of clock/gauges arrangemant should I use?

    • Tii clock on dashboard and gauges in Alpina pod
    • Tii clock in Alpina pod only

Hi everyone!

For a while I have Tii clock on a shelf to put on my 75' 2002 that actually is Alpina kit car (A1).

Now I'm wondering and pulling my hairs how to arrange everything. In the future I will add Alpina gauge pod to have some gauges to check the engine (oil temp, oip pres. and so on...)

Now I'm putting my trust in you 02 specialist to help me with this manner.

Both option were seen on Alpina Buchloe made cars...

Option 1 as the most common gauges are oil temp, oil pressure, volts or amps; or at least it was "back in the day".

Or use a four gauge pod with clock included, but generally the gauges were supplemental to the originality of the car.

The bigger question is where did the owner of the car in picture option 1 get the 2002 Turbo seats?

Wrist watches are more accurate.  You don't need to look at a clock while driving, especially if you're in a hurry.

2 cents worth.

The ti/tii clocks are very useful in current times.  You can slip your smart phone underneath them on the dash.

the old saying..

a person with one clock knows what time it is.

a person with two (or more) is never sure....

Drop the clock.  Adds no valuable information.

One of the very useful things I added to the pro3 race car

last season was an analog Autometer clock.

It has been very useful...  as I don't wear a watch on track.  And

the phone stays in the truck.
