...and I screwed up by glossing over the OP because my Sahara model is a tii. As I was just PM’ing to RAS-2002, it’s surprising that Kyosho only denoted “BMW 2002” under the car which seems rather sloppy in contrast to the overall nice detailing of the model. Perhaps they make a non-tii as well(?). Good luck and happy holidays to all!

I've been looking for a Kyosho Taiga 2002Tii  for over a years now.  If anyone has one.....

I didn't have much luck with the Anson ones. The local high humidity caused the paint to bubble. I have a Mintgrun roundie which will be a future project. I plan on stripping and disassembling it to paint it.

Autoart did a 1:18 square tail 2002tii...…….not cheap! Not sure if anyone did a "base" 2002 for round or square light. Turbo, ti, tii are plentiful.

Kyosho did my Polaris Turbo, they also make a nice Sahara Tii.  The Polaris Cabriolet was actually a BMW Mobile Tradition release made in China.  I bought it from Rob Torres after years of searching for one.

 

Some Minichamps options at this site, but no standard 2002 models, rare or racing.
