hi all what years did b.m.w. put the coupe emblem on the rear panel of a 66-68 1600-2? cheers keven mosen

What's a "coupe emblem?"

Without even knowing what the “coupe emblem” is, I’m going to guess “None!”

The first photo below shows the rear panel of a 1966 model 1600-2. The second through fourth photos below show the rear panels of 1967 model 1600-2’s.

thankyou all for the comments on the 1600-2 coupe badge on the rear panel.i am  rebuilding two 67 1600-2 at present.the first bmw 1600-2 to come to new zealand a 1966 6 volt car had a coupe emblem on the rear panel, it just caught my eye.cheers to all Keven mosen
