Spoke to the seller - he is getting many calls, people think its a Tii because of the dash clock, its not.

He is not interested in putting much effort into selling it - he stated that at this price somebody should just buy it.

Good opportunity for somebody close by.

If I'm not mistaken ,he bought it to flip.  Tried to sell it as a tii and was called out over it. Someone even posted a CL ad with a warning.

IIRC  it was being sold with a salvaged title  for 5 or 6k.

Correct! The previous long-time Owner wanted $7k. The current Seller may be lucky to get what he paid for it now.
