This 1974 BMW 2002tii was refurbished in the 1990s with installation of a replacement 3.64:1 rear axle and a rebuild of its original 2.0-liter M10 inline-four, which is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. Modifications include dual Weber 40 DCOE carburetors, a Cannon intake manifold, a BMW 320i radiator, a strut tower brace, Bilstein HD shocks, lowering springs, and fabric-covered Scheel-Mann sport seats. I purchased this tii in 2010 and is now offered with its removed fuel injection system including a rebuilt injection pump (with extra injection parts) extensive service records, spares, factory literature, and transferable New Hampshire registration.Title is also available. Refurbishment during previous ownership in the mid-1990s included rust repair and a repaint in Granitrot. A front air dam, sunroof, and sunroof wind deflector have also been added. Issues include a broken passenger-side vent window and corrosion as shown in detailed gallery photos below. A replacement vent window is included in the sale.

The car rides on lowering springs and Bilstein HD dampers over 13″ wheels, which wear Alpina center caps and 205/60 tires. The interior was refurbished in the mid-1990s with a new headliner, upholstery, sun visors, carpets, and door panels. Recovered Scheel-Mann sport seats are fitted in place of the stock buckets. The original front seat are included in the sale and are in great condition. There is also spare fabric to recover ( if desired) the rear seat, though it is not needed. Factory-style seat belts will be reinstalled prior to the conclusion of the auctionare also availabel and wil be included in the sale. The shows 47k miles, approximately 10k of which were added by me over the last 9 years. Total mileage is said to be 147k. The clutch pedal is low to the floor and the heater fan is inoperable, though a replacement heater with a working fan is included in the sale.

A non-tie “snorkel” radiator support is present in the engine bay. The battery has been relocated to the trunk, and an oil change was performed six months ago.
