Just wanted to report back that I received two of the H=85mm D=100mm hub covers and they fit great.  Thanks to whs.de for the hub covers and also JohnP for hooking me up with the correct horn buttons.  Thanks guys,

Hi, I didn't get a PM but I think the problem is solved. Anyway, I have no hub covers for the Turbo steering wheel, sorry. But maybe a good idea to produce them.
