Getrag 240 cover plate part number?

I've hunted high and low and can't find a part number for the cover plate for a Getrag 240 5 speed. Mine's from an e21, not an e30, in case that makes any difference, though I suspect it doesn't. Item #1 in the image below:

I don't know whether this will be helpful, but the plate for the 245 looks the same in the RealOEM diagram and they give a part number for that one.

Searching that part number on RealOEM gets this other number and says it was used on the 242.

The diagram is not always accurate.  Hope it works out for you!

... and RealOEM was referring to the 242 and 245, not the 240.

I just ordered one of these for a 242 4-speed I'm rebuilding.  Might fit the 240, who knows...

Looks like it was used on a lot of the cars throughout the 80's
